Sales Coordinator - Customer Service @Tsing Yi

职位描述Secondary education or above. 1 year or above experience in Customer Service (freight forwarding industry preferred). Knowledge of operation system CW1 is an advantage. Good command of English & Mandarin. Customer-oriented with good communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing. Applicant with more work experience can be considered as Senior Coordinator.
Responsibility :
- To support the Sales Team to prepare quotations and reports.
- To handle the inquiries from overseas branches and customers.
- To keep track and trace the shipment status, cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements :
Working Location : 36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, Asia Logistics Hub (10-minute free shuttle bus service from MTR Tsing Yi).
Working Hours : 5 work days per week.
