Reporting to Global HR, plan, manage and facilitate global job evaluation, global vs local job grading and salary structure, market range review and compensation review by benchmarking exercises, market analyses and other cost modelling
Support and provide guidance to local HR teams to ensure the market benchmarking process is robust, market data and pay ranges are relevant and valid
Manage annual global compensation cycle, including annual salary review and bonus matrix management
Advise Regional & Local HR teams or business units globally and provide COE advice on C&B policies and frameworks
Review and advise package proposals of key staff and secondees
Requirements
Degree holder with at least 10 years of solid HR experience with proven track-record in MNC compensation & benefits, with regional or global experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable about global compensation practices, including salary structures, pay scales and job evaluation methodologies
Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to details and a high degree of accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communications skills at all levels
