Responsibilities :
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs
- Designing and proposing comprehensive general insurance packages to meet client requirements
- Negotiating policy terms and conditions with insurers to secure the most competitive rates for clients
- Providing timely and professional customer service to ensure a seamless client experience
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating sales leads through networking and prospecting
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, trends and product developments
