What you ’ll do
- Provide administrative support for our investment professionals, including portfolio managers and research analysts
- Manage calendars and conference calls, make appointments, book conference rooms, organize meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Create and process expense reports
- Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls as needed
- Engage with our external parties, including corporates to arrange events and meetings
- Strategically partner with investment team(s) to help alleviate workload and create efficiencies
- Perform personal assistant functions (scheduling, reservations etc.) if required
- Follow internal policies and due processes such as compliance approvals
What’s required
2-4 years of relevant administrative or executive assistance experience from financial services field with strong capability working in a fast-paced environmentStrong proficiency in English and Mandarin ChineseAbility to multitask and anticipate assignments while maintaining meticulous attention to detailStrong organizational skills and a keen attention to detailA team-oriented mindsetAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficient level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWe take care of our people
