Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive professional secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
Assist in preparing presentation materials, meeting documents and reports
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Handle correspondence, records and facilitate communication
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines with secretarial training preferred
At least 5 years of secretarial experience in serving senior executives in sizeable organizations will be highly regarded
Experience gained from property developer or real estate industry is an advantage
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Trustworthiness and reliability with a strong work ethic
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Mature, detail-oriented, accountable and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both verbal and written
Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
