Responsibilities

  • Proactively solicit and co-ordinate different catering events and initiate sales activities to ensure potential business to be realized
  • Able to identify potential business for event planning solutions and services
  • Assisting in supervising all catering, food & beverage functions and other events of the hotel
  • Monitor and ensure the entire sales cycle is properly handled with guest expectation and satisfaction
  • Monitor the logistic deployment plan after project confirmed; and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Manage all correspondences from proposal, contracting and other necessary departmental papers
  • Conduct sales calls, entertainment and attending social events as requested

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years related catering sales experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience over catering sales team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of working in a fast-track environment and under pressure
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
