Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Visionary :  Develop and execute impactful strategic plans and marketing initiatives for our AC and ventilation products.
  • Business Architect :  Craft and manage annual business plans and budgets, aligning with strategic objectives to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Product Pioneer :  Shape our product roadmap, defining strategies for product line-up, pricing, sales channels, and marketing – both for current offerings and exciting future developments.
  • Market Maven :  Analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies and innovative product concepts.
  • Operational Leader :  Oversee PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) management, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
  • Marketing Champion :  Develop compelling sales tools and lead engaging marketing campaigns, including events and advertising initiatives.
  • Sales Accelerator :  Design and implement targeted campaigns to maximize sales performance and market penetration.
  • Relationship Builder :  Foster strong relationships with our factory partners, providing essential product technical support to our sales team.
  • Financial Steward :  Manage rebate programs effectively, optimizing ROI and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Air Conditioning).
  • 10+ years of proven experience in management, strategic planning, business development, sales, and / or product marketing within the Air Conditioning sector, with specific expertise in split-type AC and VRF systems.
  • Deep understanding of the AC retail and distribution landscape in Hong Kong, with a keen awareness of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Strong business acumen, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving results.
  • Strategic thinking prowess, coupled with outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
