Major Responsibility :

  • Design, optimize, and manage thepensation system based on thepany's strategy and the Hong Kong insurance market to ensurepetitive pay.
  • Develop and implementpensation structures, including base salary, bonuses, allowances, and benefits.
  • Conduct regular reviews and adjustments ofpensation to ensure fairness and motivation.
  • Design and maintain thepany's performance management system to effectively support business objectives.
  • Organize and coordinate the annual performance evaluations, providing feedback and development suggestions.
  • Collect and analyzepensation data, conduct market salary surveys, and ensure thepany'spensation policies align with market standards.
  • Preparepensation analysis reports to support management decisions.
  • Track and analyze the implementation of performance management, offering rmendations for improvement.
  • Develop the annualpensation budget and regularly monitor its execution to ensure spending is within budget.
  • Controlpensation costs and propose suggestions for improvement to enhance the return on investment inpensation.
  • Address employee inquiries regardingpensation, performance, and benefits, ensuring transparency in the execution of relevant policies.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in full-time education, preferably in Human Resources.
  • At least3 years of relevant experience inpensation and performance management, with preference for candidates from the insurance industry.
  • Excellent logical thinking ability, strong teaching skills, and report writing ability
  • Goodmunication skills, learning ability, execution, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong awareness ofpliance, ethics, and integrity
  • Proficient in speaking and writing Chinese, English, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
