Responsibilities / 主要職責 :

  • Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints via call, live chat and email in an efficient and professional manner

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above, or equivalent
  • HKCEE / HKDSE或以上學歷 (或同等學歷)
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome
  • Candidates with 1-year or above CS experience / experience in Aviation, Hospitality and / or Tourism industry is highly preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Working Hours & Location / 工作時間及地點 :

  • Monday to Sunday (5-day work week, 8.5 working hours per day)
