AWS Cloud Engineer – Top Quantitative and Systematic Hedge Fund

Responsibilities

Design and deploy resilient, cost-effective cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, and more
Develop automation scripts and leverage tools like Terraform and CloudFormation to manage and optimize cloud resources
Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvements
Collaborate closely with development teams to support the deployment and operation of applications on AWS
Evaluate new cloud technologies and make rmendations to enhance the reliability, scalability, and security of thepany's infrastructure
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the AWS environment

Requirements :

Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, including deep expertise in core services

Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash

Strong background with configuration management tools such as Ansible and Terraform

Experience working with containers and orchestration technologies (, Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)

Proven track record of monitoring and performance tuning in a cloud environment

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies

Excellentmunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
