职位描述University degree or above with major in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accountancy or related discipline Minimum 8 years’ credit experience in commercial banking Professional qualification such as Certified Banker (CB), or ECF on Credit Risk Management (CRM) is preferred Knowledge of commercial banking products including trade finance Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements Good knowledge in accounting principles and financial statements analysis Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
Job Purpose :
To review, analyze and support / approve credit application; approve credit excesses and irregularities; take up credit-related projects.
Main Responsibilities :
- Approve credit applications within delegated lending authority
- Analyze and review credit applications beyond the delegated authority for higher authority level’s decision making
- Monitor compliance with credit policies and guidelines
- Approve credit excesses and irregularities within the delegated lending authority
- Identify potential problem loan situation and, if necessary, working with relationship manager to take early remedial actions including loan / credit restructuring
- Assist in formulating and reviewing credit policies and guidelines
- Take up credit-related projects
