Job Summary :

Vice President (Operations Risk Management, Operations Division)

Job Duties :

• To manage the central counterparty (CCP) risk of HKEX clearing houses, the successful incumbent is expected to :
• Lead and plan the implementation of CCP risk enhancements in relation to new products, services and regulatory initiatives.
• Enhance CCP risk operations framework / procedures to meet the needs of business development and evolving regulatory requirements. This includes, among others, the market, credit, collateral and liquidity risk management.
• Work with relevant parties to ensurepliance of international standards and applicable regulations and maintain proper documentation thereof.
• Liaise with market practitioners, clearing participants, and overseas and mainland clearing houses on CCP risk management related matters.
