In this position, you will :
- Responsible for customer service digital strategy operation and project management, and promote digital intelligence transformation and construction.
- Responsible for the construction of digital intelligent tools in the field of customer service, empowering frontline production and complaint handling, and facilitating high-quality services and high-precision marketing.
- Responsible for the construction of customer tags and customer portraits, building a precise and scalable data model based on users, and effectively supporting customer insights and refined business operations.
