This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator / Coordinator with passion in pursuing a career within the Human Resources function to join our Human Resources team, based in our Hong Kong office.
The primary responsibilities of the role will include assisting in regulatory administration, such as Visa applications, practicing certificate renewal processes, CPD training logistics and employees return. You will also be a valued support on the HR system (workday).
The successful candidate will also assist in a broad spectrum of HR operational responsibilities, relating to payroll, review process, onboarding and offboarding.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources / related discipline or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years' HR experience
- Good English and Chinese skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience of using and maintaining HR database
- Exposure to a professional services firm desirable
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of HR documents and other personal information
