As a result, an exciting opportunity has emerged for an Assistant to the leadership team to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will have the chance to work in a vibrant environment with a diverse culture and background. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing comprehensive support for the leaders' personal tasks and assisting them with various business responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple leaders, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the leaders.
- Assist in managing communications, including screening emails, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
- Support leaders in business-related tasks, such as data analysis, project coordination, and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Organize travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, and family itineraries), company events, and personal functions.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels on behalf of the leaders.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assist with special projects as assigned.
