Objectives of the Position

As part of the Regional HR Business Partner team, you will :

Gain practical experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the HR team by supporting the daily operational topics
Support in implementing HR programs and initiatives while fostering a positive employee experience

Job Responsibilities

Provide HR business partner support in daily operational activities. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, and support on the development and implementation of HR programs

Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities and events

Provide HR administrative support including data entry, reporting and analysis

Assist in training and development initiatives, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

Students of Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Mass Communications or related discipline

Commitment to a 6-month internship, at least three days a week

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of coding and data analysis is an advantage

Passionate about people and organizational topics, proactive and detailed oriented, able to work independently

Able to demonstrate creative, curious and openness mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in oral and written English
