We are now looking for a talented Guest Services Ambassador to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Building Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering premium services to tenants and visitors in Grade A office buildings at Taikoo Place.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good relationship with tenants
- Handle general enquiries and complaints of customers / tenants
- Liaise and coordinate with leasing for office viewing and assistance on handover of office premises
- Conduct regular checking on office facilities including cleanliness of toilets and office premises to ensure quality service is delivered
- Regular visit and communicate with the office tenants whenever required to understand their needs and continuous service improvement
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Tertiary education in Property / Hotel Management or related disciplinesSolid experiences in customer services and hospitality fieldsBuilds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutionsDevelops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesBuilds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesAbility to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situationsProactive, cheerful and service-orientedBasic computer skills on MS Word and ExcelFluent in spoken English and ChineseFresh graduate will also be consideredWilling to work on weekdays at irregular hours (5 days work week; between 8 : 00am to 8 : 00pm)BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
