We are seeking a talented Senior Manager, Analytics to lead our clients insurance distribution analytics team. As the BI (Business Intelligence) expert and dashboard owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic insights and decision-making processes within this organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analytics Leadership : Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies to drive business insights and optimize distribution channels.
• Insight Generation : Utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Reporting & Dashboard Ownership : Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key performance metrics and track business KPIs.
• BI Expertise : Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence tools and techniques, providing guidance and support to stakeholders on data visualization best practices.
