[LPS] AIOps & Digital Workplace (CoE)

Description and Requirements

To lead our AIOps and Digital Workplace Center of Excellence (CoE) within our IT service organization. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions and digital workplace strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery for our clients.

The Job

• Architectural Leadership : Develop and execute the architectural vision for the AIOps and Digital Workplace CoE, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.Design scalable AIOps solutions and digital workplace frameworks that enhance IT service management and employee productivity.
• Service Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative AIOps and digital workplace services tailored to client requirements.Establish and document best practices for integrating AI, machine learning, and collaboration tools into IT operations.
• Data Management : Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to extract actionable insights for optimizing IT operations and workplace efficiency.Ensure compliance with data integrity and security standards.
• Client Engagement : Engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and customize AIOps and digital workplace solutions accordingly.Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote awareness and effective use of AIOps and digital workplace technologies.
• Continuous Improvement : Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions, driving continuous enhancements based on feedback and industry trends.Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in AIOps and digital workplace environments.
• Collaboration : Partner with internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AIOps and digital workplace solutions within existing systems.Collaborate with external vendors to leverage innovative tools and technologies to enhance service offerings.
