We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing merchant relationships, and driving revenue growth by achieving quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the e-commerce and POS integration landscape, and an established network within medium and large hotel / retail chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with merchants, key decision-makers and industry partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, negotiations, contract closure and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of merchant partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities in e-commerce and POS integration.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
