We are seeking a technically skilled and business-minded Senior Business Analyst - Workers Survey to support the delivery of our global worker survey programs—an essential component of our ESG and responsible sourcing solutions. This role bridges data analytics and strategic insight generation, ensuring smooth data operations, impactful reporting, and responsive analysis aligned with client and program needs.
You will work closely with internal teams and program managers to build and maintain Power BI dashboards and offline reports, manage data flows and platform functionality, and respond to data inquiries with clarity and precision. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a consultative mindset, enabling them to translate complex data into meaningful insights that inform client decisions and program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and offline reports to visualize worker survey data, including supply chain trends and labor risk analytics.
- Ensure smooth data flow and platform functionality across survey tools and reporting systems.
- Perform targeted data analysis to support program managers and client-specific needs, integrating survey, audit, and supplier data.
- Respond to internal and external data inquiries with clarity, accuracy, and business relevance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed survey insights into broader business processes and client deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement by refining reporting methodologies and enhancing data workflows.
- Contribute to the evolution of survey products and services through data-driven ideation and feedback.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business, Statistics, Sustainability, or related disciplines.Minimum years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or business intelligence, ideally within ESG, supply chain, or consulting environments.Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or Power Platform is a plus.Experience working with data warehouses and navigating multiple data systems is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively.Excellent communication skills and stakeholder responsiveness, with a business-oriented mindset.Passion for using data to drive positive social and environmental outcomes.
