Assistant Operational Risk Manager [Ref no : AORM-KF]

Job description

Job Responsibilities :

Formulate and maintain operational risk policies;
Provide advisory for the BU on operational risk;
Review and analyse operational incidents, evaluate operational risk level for banking products, services and workflow and recommend solutions to minimize the risk of the bank;
Execute measures with reference to Basel requirements to ensure the bank complies with the policies and guidelines of the bank and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Operation Management, Finance or related disciplines;

At least 2 years of banking experience in operational risk or internal audit;

Substantial knowledge in regulatory requirements relating to banking industry;

Analytical, independent and objective when making judgments;

Flexible, proactive and independent with sound communication and interpersonal skills;

Qualification of ECF is preferred;

Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
