AVP, Credit Card Product Development and Marketing

Responsibilities :

• Formulate and develop marketing plan and strategies and implement various end-to-end credit card acquisition marketing campaigns to drive business growth and meet business targets
• Monitor the performance of marketing activities, conduct analysis and based on performance data to provide recommendations on marketing strategies
• Manage different kinds of credit card and related products from design to implementation.
• Collaborate with other teams and manage external vendor supplier for smooth logistics and execution of programs, card features maintenance & project enhancement to align on activities, as well as to drive and leverage the best practices
• Keep abreast of latest market trend, competitor activities and customer spending behavior of different segments, to identify opportunities, initiates product ideas and ongoing features / benefits tailored for each target segment
• Ensure all program / projects are adhered to banking practice, compliance and regulatory requirement
