Job Description :
- Lead and develop the Human Resources function, acting as a trusted advocate for employees to drive meaningful policy and cultural improvements.
- Develop and operate HR systems designed to energize and activate the workforce.
- Oversee the broader corporate functions, including Finance and IT (either directly as a GM or as a development goal for a Manager-level hire).
- Serve as a key strategic advisor to senior leadership on all corporate and cultural matters.
- Mentor and guide teams, fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
- Proactively identify challenges within the organization and execute strategic solutions.
Requirements :
An empathetic, approachable, and influential personality10 years or above experience in strategic Human Resources, with a focus on project-based initiatives over routine tasks.Ideally, candidates will have senior leadership experience (e.g., as a General Manager) with a broad, practical understanding of Finance, HR, and IT.For senior-level consideration, being a Hong Kong national with deep knowledge of the local business culture is required.Candidates with a strong HR background and demonstrable ambition to grow into a General Manager role are also strongly encouraged to apply.
