Sales Coordinator - Customer Service @Tsing Yi

Job description

Responsibility :

To support the Sales Team to prepare quotations and reports.
To handle the inquiries from overseas branches and customers.
To keep track and trace the shipment status, cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements :

Secondary education or above.

1 year or above experience in Customer Service (freight forwarding industry preferred).

Knowledge of operation system CW1 is an advantage.

Good command of English & Mandarin.

Customer-oriented with good communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

Applicant with more work experience can be considered as Senior Coordinator.

Working Location : 36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, Asia Logistics Hub (10-minute free shuttle bus service from MTR Tsing Yi).

Working Hours : 5 work days per week.
