Responsibilities :
- To provide a full range of personalized front desk services including check-in, check-out, answering inquires, promoting in-house events, baggage and mail delivery to guests.
- To be responsible for handling guest special services, acting as an information centre and resolving guest problems whenever possible. Coordinate with other departments as required.
- To prepare and maintain records pertinent to the guests staying in the serviced apartment and ensure that all guests receive prompt, efficient and friendly service.
- To professionally handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity.
- Responsible for providing Parkview Tour for Suite guest.
Requirements :
Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplineA minimum of two-year experience in Front Desk operation.Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and any other language would be an assetNeat and well-groomed appearanceCustomer focused with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personalityKnowledge of Property Management System – OperaCandidates with less experience will be considered as Front Services Representative.
