Job description

Part Time Administrative Assistant

We are a long-established Traditional Chinese Medicine Non-Profit Association and are currently recruiting individuals who are interested in joining our organization to take on the following responsibilities :

  • Handle membership applications, renewals, data entry and file archiving
  • Assist in managing course registration, records, and attendance
  • Publish course information and respond to inquiries
  • Manage emails and prompt management about events
  • Administrative and basic technical support for activities

Requirements

  • Diploma, with 3 years or above admin / secretarial working experience
  • Responsible, organized, able to handle detailed tasks, with strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Familiar with MS Office, Zoom & Google Suite

    • Working Hours

    Monday to Friday : : AM - 3 : PM or 1 : PM - 6 : PM

    Saturday : : AM - 1 : PM (Alternate Sat off)

    Hourly wage : $- / Monthly wage : 8K-K

    With paid annual leave and bank holidays
