A highly respected international law firm is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the business operations of its dynamic team in Hong Kong office.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Document Management : Maintain accurate records, update databases, and manage confidential legal documents
- ️ Administrative Support : Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and general office coordination
- ️ Reception Duties : Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and ensure a professional front-of-house experience
- Office Operations : Support procurement, inventory management, and liaise with vendors and service providers
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with legal professionals and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ad-hoc projects : Assist in the coordination and execution of ad-hoc projects
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative / office support / secretarial roles, ideally within a reputable law firm or professional services environmentStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and MandarinProficient in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skillsHighly responsible, self-motivated, and detail-orientedPositive attitude with the ability to work independently and under pressure
