Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
- Drive eCommerce sales for adidas Hong Kong through official channels & 3rd party platform
- Develop eCommerce business plan, manage core projects including both digital development and business collaborations / partnerships
- Track and analyse eCommerce KPIs, develop business reports and offer actionable insights
Key Responsibilities :
Sales planning, forecasting & tracking for official channels & 3rd party platformLead end-to-end analytics for eCommerce covering sales, products and full spectrum of digital KPIs, transforming data into valuable insights for business actionsEnsure data accuracy (e.g. sales data validation, tracking implementation audits), optimize data tracking setup with corresponding support teamSupport regular business reporting, build customized / automated reports for regular performance trackingCollaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify streamlining / growth opportunities and drive enhancement solutionsDevelop comprehensive eCommerce project plan based on available insights & business requirements, manage prioritized enhancement tasks & initiatives with corresponding stakeholdersKnowledge, Skills and Abilities :
8 years or above proven experience in e-commerce business operations & analyticsExpertise in analytics / reporting / visualization tools including but not limited to Power BI, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Kibana, Amplitude, AppsflyerExceptional analytics and problem-solving skills with strong understanding of online retail business / digital consumer journeyHighly organized and strong capability in project coordinationGreat business sense with strong fashion / product knowledge, familiarity with sports / fashion retail metricsRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
University degree in Business Management / eCommerce or relevant disciplinesMin. 8 years relevant working experience in retail / e-commerce industry requiredFluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsHands on experience of data analytics & reporting tools
