Role & Responsibilities

The Innovation Project  Manager oversees projects from innovation design to delivery, coordinating the various internal and external contributors. He / She will be responsible for the completion of all assigned product innovation projects within required time frames and budget, meanwhile implement continuous improvement for the product innovation processes.

Key responsibilities :

• Project Management

Responsible for the end to end project management of all product innovation projects, including project scoping, planning, progress / gate management, stakeholder management, risk management, budget management & etc.

Strategic leadership of innovation funnel for APAC - quantifying number of projects, incremental turnover, multi year tracking, premium index etc.

Continuously look into opportunities to better deliver efficiency of the project management process in APAC. Establish pain points and areas to improve in the holistic innovation process.

Collaborate with internal and external Innovation partners (Design, Insights,  R&D, brands and agencies) to identify, assess and validate new innovation spaces for Oral Care.
