You will play a critical role in expanding their presence in the private banking sector, driving asset growth, and delivering innovative investment solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.
Core Duties
Business Strategy
- Craft a focused growth plan, pinpointing high-potential private bank clients and market segments in Hong Kong and Greater China.
- Analyze industry shifts andpetitor moves to guide strategic priorities.
- Offer actionable insights to refine investment products tailored for private banking needs.
Client Development
Foster enduring partnerships with private banks, ensuring consistent, high-value engagement.Master the firm’s investment offerings, market outlooks, and portfolio strategies to represent the brand confidently.Coordinate with support teams to manage client inquiries and proposal processes efficiently.Partner with global and regional teams to align on cohesive sales and investment strategies.Marketing and Visibility
Organize client-focused events, regional showcases, and industry conferences to elevate the firm’s profile.Refine promotional materials, such as pitch decks and brochures, to resonate with private bank audiences.Enhance the firm’s standing as a trusted name in Hong Kong’s private banking landscape.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; master’s degree is a plus.7–10 years in asset management or financial services, with deep experience engaging Hong Kong’s private banks.Robust network within private banking, wealth management, or intermediary channels.Demonstrated success in expanding assets under management through strategic client acquisition.Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).Proactive, independent, and team-oriented with a passion for client-focused solutions.
