Job description

We are the property management company of a real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and are currently seeking a candidate to take up the position of :

Responsibilities :

Provide assistance in handling routine repair and maintenance works
Provide assistance in arranging R & M and CAPEX works
Prepare and handle document and contracts relating to R & M and CAPEX works

Requirements :

Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent

Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (REW : Grade A)

5 years relevant working experiences in E&M field especially in maintenance field

Experience in operations in commercial premises is an advantage

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Strong coordination and communication skills

Candidate with less experience / qualification will be considered as Technical Officer.
