We are seeking an outstanding individual to join the TLC as a Senior Research Officer / Technical Officer to conduct empirical teaching and learning research and provide support for technical aspects across a number of funded projects and / or institutional surveys with a focus on learning analytics.

The appointee is accountable to the Manager and Strategic Lead, Learning Analytics and will work with a team of educators and professionals on various projects to enhance teaching and learning in the University.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for various teaching and learning projects and / or institutional surveys, including analysing data, carrying out empirical research and / or research projects / activities, writing research proposals, reports and / or papers
• Provide technical support such as programming as well as user training
• Coordinate various project meetings, presentations and follow up
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements

Candidates with less / more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
