Main Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Equities Fundamental Department
Manage business travel arrangements and T&E expenses for Portfolio Managers and team members
Update travel documents including visas, passports
Generate daily market reports from the systems for Portfolio Managers
Provide data gathering work as required
Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and seminars
Handle updating, printing and binding of presentation materials
Screen phone calls for Portfolio Managers
Schedule meetings and conference calls in multiple time zones; organize logistics and materials for meetings
Coordinate business meetings including the accommodation as well as logistical aspects of for overseas visitors
Maintain and update annual leave records for team members
Assist in office administration duties and organize company events as assigned
Assist ad hoc work as assigned
Qualifications
Diploma or above with around 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Equities team of buy or sell side, or from financial / banking industry
Familiar with MS Office, and preferably with knowledge in Bloomberg
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Putonghua is an advantage
Independent, mature, punctual, responsible and with positive working attitude
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Organized, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks
Ability to think ahead
