We are looking for an Order Taker - In Room Dining based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As an Order Taker, we rely on you to :

Responsible to handle guests' enquiries about In Room Dining menu
Assist with order taking, delivery and follow up service
Ensure guest a satisfactory dining experience

We are looking for someone who is :

Diploma in Hotel Management

At least 1 year of related experience in the hotel industry

Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Excellent communicator & outgoing personality
