Job description

Work location : Sai Wan Ho / Shatin / Kwun Tong

Job duties

General clerical and secretarial support - subject filing, photocopying, receipt and despatch service, counter-service support, data input, scanning and checking of documents, management of database, preparing and sorting of case-related documents, word-processing, handling of enquiries, stock-taking of inventory, etc. Outdoor work and work in different premises may be required.

Requirements

Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent
Chinese word processing 20 wpm and English word processing 30 wpm
Knowledge in the application of common computer softwares, e.g. MS OFFICE
Immediate available is preferred
