Your daily duties :

18 months of management training program

Internal job rotation

Provide administration support to various teams in the Operation Department, including but not limited to data entry, presentation creation, and strategic planning, etc.

As a request to support department daily operation duties

Assist the manager to complete the KPI

Assist the manager to prepare progress report to the management

How to join the OCSHK family :

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines OR

High Diploma Holders in the above disciplines with at least 1 year of related working experience

Interested in air-freight logistics industry, and willing to develop in this area

Proficiency in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Chinese word processing

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, candidate with good knowledge in Japanese must be an advantage

Kind and polite, willing to take up responsibility

A "Can do" mindset and willingness to challenge yourself

Your daily schedule :

5 days or 5.5 days work week : 8 : 30 am to 6 pm OR 9 hours night shift in the airport office

Actual working days will be arranged by the manager
