Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Proven 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a conglomerate or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of hospitality management systems not limited to property management, booking portal, POS...etc. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of SQL programming is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Overview
Our client is a well-known conglomerate and they are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities to effectively gather and translate business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for hospitality management system implementations and other applications development.
- Conduct vendor management, including evaluating and selecting appropriate vendors and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Utilize various tools and methodologies to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that product requirements are met.
- Create documentation, including business process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Engage in project management and planning activities to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline.
