Job Description

Certificate in Building or Building Studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical institute / technical college or equivalent;
Attainment of a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 5 standard;
3 years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision;
Obtain the Certificate of the following courses : (a) Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction) Course; (b) Basic Accident Prevention Course; (c) Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and (d) Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces;
Work on Shek Kip Mei Site.
