JOB SUMMARY
Quintessentially are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, independent and proactive individual to develop and execute marketing communications materials for our Members. Supporting the CEO of Asia Pacific, the candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lifestyle content for our members and developing strategic brand partnerships for the business, gaining access to benefits, events and experiences that we can share with our membership. Strong writing skills are essential, along with the ability to move quickly to deliver best-in-class partnerships, benefits, access, insider knowledge and digital content for our valuable HNW clients.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and produce our monthly publication for Members, with curated lifestyle content highlighting the best of what is happening in and around town.
- Work in collaboration with the Global marketing team across all online and offline marketing activities as relevant : development of content, CRM, social media posts, and the creation of sales and marketing assets.
- Stay informed about local events, trends, and events to provide timely and relevant information for our membership.
- Manage and implement the day-to-day marketing activities; including communication, development of marketing collateral and working with the team to create ideas for engaging thought leadership and events.
- Proactively drive and develop strategic business relationships to deliver and maintain Quintessentially member benefits and create exclusive experiences in Hong Kong.
- Communicate internally with the Lifestyle Servicing team about new suppliers, and member benefits.
- Prepare new contracts with partners and suppliers for new member benefits.
- Attend local events and networking opportunities to promote our services and gather contacts and insights.
- Update Salesforce and other key databases.
- Assist account management team with introductions to suppliers for client projects that require brand partnerships, rewards and benefits.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in content, marketing communications and / or partnerships.Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese is a must.Proven experience in marketing and content creation.Preference for candidates with proficiency in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, as well as Microsoft Office applications.Excellent network of partnership contacts.Strong sense of responsibility and be able to work independently to deadlines. Reliability and attention to details is essential.Proactive, good team player, personable, energetic and enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced setting.Genuine interest in and passionate about what’s happening around Hong Kong, especially in the luxury space.
