Job descriptionExceptional command of both written and spoken Japanese and English is essential. Knowledge of Chinese is a strong asset. JLPT N1 or above in both written and speaking . Practical, real-world fluency is prioritized Superior interpersonal and communication skills, multi tasking with a proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and distill complex information. A background in a paralegal, legal support, or company secretarial capacity is strongly preferred. Job Duties
- Serve as the direct point of contact for and provide dedicated support to the Japanese Director.
- Handle a diverse range of tasks related to both business management and legal affairs.
- Oversee the creation, compilation, and management of essential documents, presentations, and reports.
- Manage communications and coordinate case follow-ups with external legal partners and law firms.
