Job Responsibilities :

Handle incoming calls, bookings and record daily transactions

Customers support & assistance

Booking & reservation arrangement

Keep front desk presentable at all time

Job Requirements : DSE or above

3 years experience or above & Spa experience will be an asset

Willing to work on shift ( : am - : pm)

Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Responsible, self-motivated and good team player

Candidates with more experience will also be considered as Senior Guest Service Officer

Working Location : Central
