Job Title : Sales Manager - APAC

Location : Kowloon, Hong Kong (Office-based, Business Travel Required)

Reports to : Head of Sales - AUS / NZ

Can you communicate fluently in Japanese and / or Chinese as well as English, supporting our customers across Asia?

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. You'll play a key role in managing existing customer relationships, developing new opportunities across APAC, and driving sales through our Hong Kong showroom and at international trade shows.

Key Duties

  • Manage key APAC accounts, achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop strong relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and marketing teams across the region.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and customers.
  • Represent Paladone & WeCool Toys at our Hong Kong showroom and at international trade shows.
  • Work with Sales Coordinator to prepare and deliver sales presentations & quotations.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and stock requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, product development, and marketing teams.

What you'll bring

  • Fluency in Japanese and / or Chinese (spoken and written) plus English.
  • 5+ years' sales / account management experience within consumer products, FMCG, or licensing.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and growing accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Flexibility to travel regionally and internationally.
