Job description2+ years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role. Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Experienced in software development language Java, Python would be a plus Familiar with Automation would be a huge advantage : Shellscript, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Github
We are seeking a talented IT Technical Support candidate for one of the most well-known healthcare organization.
Your new role
- Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance ofputer systems and peripherals.
- Maintain documentation of support requests, solutions, and IT procedures.
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement improvements in processes and tools.
