What You'll Be Doing :
As a Channel Manager based in Hong Kong, you will play a pivotal role in channel expansion and ecosystem development in the Greater China Region (GCR) , fully responsible for partner recruitment, management, and enablement. Your work will directly drive regional revenue growth while ensuring the successful localization and continuous optimization of Wati’s channel strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
1、Channel Partner Recruitment & Expansion :
Identify and sign high-potential partners (e.g., advertising agencies, e-commerce service providers, MarTech resellers), building a channel ecosystem aligned with GCR strategic goals.
2、Partner Management & Enablement :
Deliver systematic business training and support, co-manage key customer opportunities, improve collaboration efficiency and sales conversion, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
3、Revenue Target Achievement :
Own the sales performance of assigned channels, design regional growth strategies, and ensure each partner has a clear growth path and success plan.
4、Channel Collaboration Optimization :
Establish evaluation, communication, and incentive mechanisms to enhance efficiency and ensure optimal resource allocation.
5、Market Intelligence & Strategic Feedback :
Continuously gather competitive insights and partner feedback, integrate cross-border e-commerce and marketing trends, and provide actionable inputs to product and marketing strategies to better serve Chinese outbound customers.
