- Provide premier customer services at the service counters of Grade A office towers
- Handle general enquiries, complaints providing courteous services to office tenants and visitors
Requirements :
DSE graduate or aboveFresh Graduate or 1 year of customer service experience preferable in property management / hotel management5.5 day works, alternative Saturday (Sunday and public holiday off )12 days Annual LeaveCheerful, pleasant, customer-oriented and cooperativeGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood spoken in English and ChineseImmediately available is preferredMore experience candidate will be considered as Senior Customer Service AmbassadorWe offer attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
