Job descriptionProvide general administrative support Assist in exhibition coordination, liaison with internal and external parties, setting up exhibition booth, and travel arrangement for oversea customers Prepare online promotional marketing materials, manage and update social media platforms and website Conduct market research on potential oversea customers Build relationship with organization like Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) to explore potential markets Handle customer inquiries Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
- At least 1-2 relevant working experience
- Interested in jewellery industry
- Fluent in Cantonese ; Good in English and Mandarin
- Good PC Knowledge and Chinese Word-processing
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Administrative Officer
