Job descriptionDiploma in Property Management or related disciplines Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in property management of sizable shopping arcade Knowledge in Building Management Ordinance and DMC Service oriented and self-motivated Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities
- Ensure high level of customers' satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with tenants
- Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required
- Attend regular meetings and prepare management / financial reports
- Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams
- Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information / activities and resolve problems arising from tenants
- Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
