Description
Tenant Relationship Management & Stakeholder Liaison
- Provide strategic direction and business insights to tenants, helping them optimize their operations, service standards, and sales action plans for increased revenue performance.
- Collaborate with leasing, mall management, marketing, finance, digital & content, and facilities teams to ensure that tenant needs are aligned with business goals and strategic projects.
- Regularly consult with tenants on market trends, retail performance insights, and operational strategies to boost foot traffic and customer engagement.
Operational Management & Performance Tracking
Oversee the generation and analysis of tenant performance reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales KPIs, revenue optimization, and customer retention.improvements that enhance the overall shopping experience.Monitor customer feedback and tenant satisfaction metrics, working closely with teams to adjust strategies based on evolving retail trends.Marketing, Campaigns & Tenant Initiatives
Partner with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional strategies that enhance mall-wide retail activities.Assist tenants in executing successful promotions, offering insights on effective sales mechanics, customer engagement strategies, and loyalty program opportunities.Work closely with strategic accounts to develop customised marketing and advertising plans, ensuring maximum ROI for retail tenants.Support tenants in enhancing store efficiency, optimising factors such as daily sales performance, unit-per-transaction growth, and average ticket value expansion.Leverage tenant events and seasonal product launches to create exclusive offers and promotions, reinforcing repeat customer engagement.Profile
Requirements
University degree in business, marketing, retail management, or a related discipline.Prior experience working in Marketing agencies as Account Managers a plus6-8 years or above experience in shopping mall operations, luxury brand management, or retail business development (preferred).Strong analytical mindset, with detail-oriented organisation skills to drive data-driven tenant strategies.Creativity in proposing innovative business solutions, identifying new ways to increase tenant success and customer engagement.Ability to liaise, influence, and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including landlords, marketing teams, and tenants.Proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving key sales performance targets.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin proficiency to engage effectively with local and international tenants.Job Offer
