Corporate Communications Manager (REF : CC / CCM)

Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage the production of corporate and marketing collaterals for the Group and business units including but not limited to online and print publications (including newsletters and brochures), advertisements and corporate premiums;
• Plan, develop and manage the content for effective communications and enhancing brand awareness on website and social media platforms;
• Plan and oversee media communications and execute multi-media PR initiatives as appropriate;
• Manage photos shooting (portraits, projects and events) and production of videos for the Group, business units and for any communications initiatives as required;
• Manage design and production of layout, content and set-up for exhibition booths;
• Assist in devise and execute the plans for corporate communications programmes and events to engage internal and external stakeholders, including staff annual dinner, anniversary celebration events and initiatives, sports tournaments and networking events;
• Assist in budget planning for the Department and ensure the activities are implemented within budget;
• Review operation manuals for the Department on regular basis;
• As gatekeeper of the Group’s branding;
• Assist in issue management as and when required;
• Manage ad hoc projects as and when required.
